COURSE LIST

BASIC PRINCIPLES OF COMPOSITE REPAIR

TECH 001

This is a Training ‘level 1-2’ composite repair course. It is our most “Basic” composite course designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of participants / technicians from beginner to intermediate technician who want to have a better understanding of advanced composites .

SKILL ASSESSMENT FOR COMPOSITE TECHNICIANS

TECH 002

Earth & Flight Composites (EFC) skill assessment days for composites technicians, MRO certifying staff and quality control, as we already have done for our clients in Aviation MRO, Europe, has been proven to be very successful and cost saving for our clients.
The assessment is set-up to verify if a candidate/contractor meets the requirements set by your company or your clients company if they applicant are skilled and motivated to a job in the composite industry.

NDI-TAP TESTING OF ADVANCED COMPOSITES

TECH 009

This is a Training ‘level 1-2 composite NDI Tap testing course. It is a “Basic” (NDI designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of participants such as; Technicians, Certifying staff, NDI Inspectors and Quality control Inspectors, who want to have a better understanding and importance and limitations of tap testing on advanced composite parts with thin skins .

INTERMEDIATE OF COMPOSITE STRUCTURES & REPAIR (STAGE II)

TECH 010

This is our follow-up course for the EFC TECH-001 Basic Principles of Composite Structures Fabrication & Repair. This level 2 course is meant for Personnel of technical departments having successfully passed our Stage I course and want to go to the next level of composite repair and understanding of advanced composite materials and processes for repair.

ADVANCED COMPOSITE REPAIR (STAGE III)

TECH 020

This is our TOP ‘level Stage III’ Hands-On follow-up course for the TECH 010, (Stage II) meant for personnel of technical departments having successfully completed the TECH 010 – Stage II course and wanting to acquire the upper level of Aviation and Aerospace composite repair.

CURRENCY COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT FOR COMPOSITE REPAIR PERSONNEL

TECH 022

Currency Composite repair personnel should demonstrate continued competence (every 3 years) by performing a repair or by performing a practical repair damage assessment under the direct supervision of a designated authorized examiner by your or our organization.

AIRCRAFT CABIN INTERIOR REPAIR

TECH 030

This is a Training ‘level 2-3’ Aircraft Cabin interior repair course, how to repair cabin interior composite parts and installing and removing fasteners. It is designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of participants / technicians from beginner to intermediate technician who want to have a better understanding in repair of aircraft cabin interior composite parts.

This training is designed for participants/technicians from for beginner to intermediate technician who want to have a better understanding and skills into Aircraft Cabin Interior Upholstery, Sewing patterns, Pattern cutting of cabin carpets & performing..

AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL READING & INTERPRETATION

TECH 040

This course prepares the participant to interpret, find/design repairs within the limits of the Structural Repair Manual (SRM) according to with all other paperwork needed for repair. The course includes repair case studies that require the participant to determine allowable damage limits, composite part Identification, type of damage, and metallic and composite repair options.

HOT BONDER HEAT CONSOLE USE

This is a Training ‘level 1-2’ Hot bonder course. This course designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of participants / technicians from beginner to intermediate technician who want to have a better understanding of working with Hot bond heat consoles advanced composites.

STRUCTURAL METAL BONDING REPAIR (STAGE I)

TECH 100

This a hands-on metalbond repair training in repair of metal aircraft structure damage with Aluminum honeycomb core. All EFC courses comply SAE-CACRC, FAA, CAA and EASA standards.

AIRCRAFT ADVANCED RADOME REPAIR

VACUUM RESIN INFUSION PROCESSING VIP

The Basic Resin Infusion Processing course, is a course suitable for:

  • a beginner who wants to become professional;
  • anyone who wants to gain a theoretical understanding and practical experience in making high quality composite parts with the vacuum infusion process.

COMPOSITE TOOLING FABRICATION (STAGE I)

TECH 170

This is our In-depth tooling course (Stage I) which is designed and meant for Personnel of technical departments who want learn more about tool design and fabrication techniques to achieve tool stability and long long life cycles.
All theory will be applied in the workshop to fabricate an excellent tooling mould.

Composite tooling fabrication (stage I)

TECH 171

This is our Quick Repair support tooling fabrication course (Stage I) which is developed for personnel of technical departments, MRO stations or AOG service stations who want learn to fabricate Quick support tooling for aircraft composite and metal bonded parts to stabilize while being repaired at elevated temperatures.

Course wind blade structural composite repair

TECH 260

This course is developed for anyone from an inspector to a technician in the field, to learn about the principles of Wind Turbine wind blade repair. Repairs on Wind blades are not a common standard in the industry and every Wind blade manufacturer has his own Structural Repair Manual which has to be followed.
